(Tier 1, 1 action, single target) Just as new life springs from the ground, you awaken the natural healing ability in your target. They roll one free hit die.

(Tier 3, 10 minute ritual, single target) Like a tree replacing a branch lost in a storm, you help your target heal one wound or one natural, negative condition.

(Tier 5, 10 minute ritual, multiple targets) You meditate in contact with a group of willing creatures for ten minutes. You share the resources of your bodies, moving HP and Mana back and forth as needed.

(Tier 7, 1 hour, single target) You encourage a new seed of life to grow in the body of a recently deceased creature. The new body will retain the memories and skills of the former, but may be of a different ancestry.
